Everything was as described by the sales team who were patient about my queries for the purchase of my toyota hi lux single cab they took a credit card deposit and held onto the vehicle while I transferred funds the vehicle was delivered from them to sussex where they kept me updated on their progress both midlands motors Ltd and there delivery co were spot on would not hesitate in recommending them as trustworthy professionals

Very happy with my experience with Midlands Motors. 2 months of fantastic ownership experience on my Toyota Land CruiserFirstly I was travelling up to them on my only day off, so they very kindly opened on a Sunday for me. Left me alone with the vehicle for as long as I needed. The car itself is in fantastic condition given it is a 13 / 14 year old 4x4. It drives amazingly, and I am absolutely over the moon with it. The staff have been nothing but great to deal with, car was exactly as described. The only small ( and I do mean small ) snag I had was a the steering wheel switches weren’t working properly…. £60 replacement part on eBay, job done. Other than that… No drama. Will definitely consider buying from these again. Thank you to all the team at Midlands Motors.

I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Midlands motors and dealt with Adeel, he was friendly and informative. Went above and beyond with extras and was not forceful with the sale ! I wasn’t pushed to buy gap insurance or extended warranty and there was no nasty surprises with admin fees to purchase. I have bought cars from larger dealerships in the past and never felt looked after like I did with Midland Motors, highly recommended!

Very good customer service, straightforward and honest communication made buying my car an excellent and totally stress- free experience. Adeel and his team are great, and had the car looking brand new for collection. I highly recommend this company for anyone buying a used vehicle.

I can't recommend Midland Motors enough! They went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with VW Golf I bought through them (even giving it a full service and new MOT which I hadn't asked for). They also, very kindly, delivered the car to my address. Thank you Adeel and team!

Great deal and very helpful team. I bought a Lexus GS450H and was able to discuss and work out the best deal. Observed Covid rules which was good to see . Very prompt and efficient when i went to pick up the car. Would use again no problem.
